August 1, 2014
Dysart Reporter

The week of July 21 through 26 Camp Creamery was held in Dysart with 21 children attending. Three professional actors from Old Creamery Theater in Amana conducted the Camp Creamery teaching the children acting, singing and dancing skills necessary for the production. After attending daily rehearsals the show, "Merlin's Apprentice and the Deadly Dragon" was held and open to the public on Friday evening and again on Saturday afternoon.

This opportunity was sponsored by Wolf Creek Players and grants that were awarded from Casey's General Store, Dysart Community Foundation and the Tama County Community Foundation of NE Iowa.
