USAgain places new bin

April 19, 2013

A USAgain (use-again) clothes and shoes collection bin has been set up at Weber Heating, Plumbing and A/C, located at 411 Iowa 21. Anyone can donate clothes, shoes, and household textiles that are in good condition. Donations must be clean, dry, and dropped off in tied plastic bags.

Nick Weber said that a young man stopped in to his shop back in January asking if he would be willing to have a donation box set up on the property because he believed it would be a great location with all of the traffic passing by. Weber agreed to have the collection bin placed on his property.

USAgain is a profitable venture headquartered in Chicago that operates over 10,000 collection bins in 17 states and shares the profits with the partners hosting the collection bins. Their mission is to provide consumers with a convenient and eco-friendly option of getting rid of excess clothing and textiles while also keeping waste out of the landfills. The clothes collected are resold to wholesale buyers, thrift stores, and textile recyclers. For more information visit
