Union Middle School students raised over $30,000 in magazine sales, blowing past their goal and earning a visit from Lonestar Action Sport's BMX stunt team. The team heralds from Dallas, Texas and is available for hire.
The three athletes that visited Union Middle School included: Mathew Olson, Jon Shaw and Jaren Grob. Jaren Grob is a two-time X Games gold medalist, a character in the Aggressive Inline video game, and was recently featured on America's Got Talent.
Students enjoyed an energetic performance that included inline skating and bike stunts. The team also promoted finding an activity to release energy and encouraged students to stay drug free.
