Forty-seven members of the William and Christena Heckroth family attended their biannual reunion at the Hickory Hills Lakeview Lodge on Sunday, July 8th. The event was hosted by Janet Heckroth; Donna, Justin, and Shelby Weber; Joanne Lewis; (from Florida) and Kendall, Kate, Andy, and Erin Heckroth; (from Dysart). A potluck lunch was served. Family members enjoyed visiting and reminiscing. Those present were from Florida, Minnesota, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, and many towns in Iowa. It was decided that the 2014 reunion will be hosted by John and Marlis Wrage and family.
