The Club Dysart Omelet Breakfast held at the Dysart Community Building on June 10 was a success due both to the volunteers who made it possible, and those who made free will donations.

All in all, about 325 people were served and Club Dysart raised $2,828 for the 4th of July fireworks celebration this year.

"It was a great event for the community and I'd like to thank everybody for their support," said Club Dysart treasurer Mandy Brown.

Jenna Steinlage, Faith Hamilton, Anna Smith, and Ella Smith helped serve guests at the omelet breakfast.

The breakfast was just one of the ways that Club Dysart is raising money for the 4th of July festivities. Cow chip bingos ($5 each) and raffle tickets ($1 each or 6 for $5) can be purchased at Security State Bank in Dysart.

There are a lot of great items being raffled off this year including a patio table and chairs and outdoorsy items. The winner of the cow chip bingo will win $500.

Volunteers are needed to work two hour shifts on July 3 and 4. Duties will include grilling and serving brats, serving beer, and selling tickets for the rides and raffle. If interested, there are signup sheets at Security State Bank.
