The Assembly of God kicked off their Wild and Wacky Wednesday activities on June 6. A portion of Main Street, in front of the church, was closed down to accommodate the festivities, which included two large inflatable bounce houses, snacks, face painting, a balloon artist and much more.
Every Wednesday throughout the summer, kindergarten through fifth grade children are welcome to participate in the fun including games, skits, free food and prize giveaways each Wednesday. A game system will be given away towards the end of the series before school starts in August.
