Luke and Sarah Foster are delighted to announce the birth of their second child. Clara Elise was born on October 29, 2010 in New Richmond, Wisconsin. She weighed 7 pounds 3 oz. Clara is welcomed home by her 2 year old sister Mary Rose. Grandparents are Gerald & Mary Mimick of Robbinsdale, Minnesota and Steve & Rosanne Foster of Traer. Great grandparents are Darrell & Carol Needham of Greene, JoAnn & Lester Snowbarger of Oskaloosa and Theressa Foster of Oskaloosa. Luke, Sarah, Mary Rose & Clara are at home at 405 West 5th Street, New Richmond, WI 54017.
