2-16-10: Jeremy Carl Murray of Dysart, IA, was charged with simple assault by the Dysart Police Department.

2-18-10: Dysart Police Department assisted the Tama County Sheriff's Office with a suicidal subject in rural Dysart.

2-18-10: Dysart Police responded to a Dysart residence, charging a juvenile female with simple assault.

3-18-10: Dysart Police responded to a Dysart address, charging a juvenile with harassment 1st (an aggravated misdemeanor ) and a threat of arson (a class C felony).

3-21-10: Dysart Police Department assisted the Tama County Sheriff's Office with a suicidal subject in rural Dysart.

3-23-10: Rick Willard Schlitter was arrested on a warrant for charges by the Dysart Police Department, a violation of no contact order and stalking.

4-17-10: Dysart Police responded to an address in Traer, assisting the Tama County Sheriff's Office with a domestic altercation between an adult female and an adult male.

4-20-10: Dysart Police responded to a residence in Dysart reference a physical altercation between two adult males. Richard Bruce Parks was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and transporting a firearm unsecured.

4-26-10: David Allen Murray of La Porte City, IA, was picked up on an arrest warrant for charges by the Dysart Police Department. Charges were lascivious acts with a child (a class C felony) and sex abuse 2nd offense (a class B felony). He was held in the Tama County Jail on a $70,000 bond.

5-4-10: Dysart Police and the Tama County Sheriff's Department responded to a residence in Dysart for a domestic dispute. A juvenile was taken into custody by the Tama County Sheriff's Office.

5-6-10: Dysart Police responded to a residence in Dysart for a domestic altercation between an adult female and an adult male. The male, Nick Chesser, was taken into custody and transported to the Tama County Jail. He was charged with Domestic Abuse Assault 2nd Offense.

5-9-10: Dysart Police assisted the Tama County Sheriff's Office in rural Dysart with a single vehicle roll over accident.

5-11-10: Dysart Police assisted the Tama County Sheriff's Office in rural Dysart with a vehicle pursuit.

5-14-10: Dysart Police responded to an assault at a residence in Dysart. Daniel Paul Monnahan was charged with prohibited acts, serious assault and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Nicholas Mark Becker was charged with prohibited acts, two counts of possession of a controlled substance (2nd Offense) and intimidation with a dangerous weapon. Both subjects were taken to the Tama County Jail in Toledo.

All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
