Lois E. Klink, 83

Lois E. Klink, 83, was born in Waterloo, on October 25, 1926, to Severt Henry and Margaret Gill Lassen. She died on Friday, March 5, 2010, at Somerset Medical Center. Born and raised in Iowa, Lois attended and graduated from Dysart High School. Lois graduated from Katherine Gibbs Business School. In 1966, Lois and her family moved from Iowa to Hopewell. She was employed by Educational Testing Service in Pennington. She was also employed at Princeton Medical Center as a housekeeper. She especially enjoyed the company of the geriatric residents. Lois Klink is survived by two daughters and four sons. They are Mary Hullfish and family of Hopewell, and Kathleen Klink and family of Delaware Township. Her sons include Steve Klink and family of Annandale, Va., Kim Klink and family of Flagtown, Lee Klink and family of Lancaster, Pa., and David Klink and family of Mishawaka, Ind. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Arlene Schlofelt and family of Cedar Rapids and her brother, Merlin Lassen and family of Dysart. Beloved also to her are her many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and twin sister in infancy. Lois loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a avid reader and puzzle doer. She was conscientious in sending cards to all. Funeral services were held Tuesday, March 9, at the Calvary Baptist Church in Hopewell, N.J. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations by made to the American Cancer Society, Smile Train, or to the Calvary Baptist Church in Hopewell, N.J., 08525.
