Before Magistrate Ann Kuhter:

Alfred Munoz Jr., 30, Toledo, pled guilty to two amended charges of simple assault- non-domestic. He was fined $65 and sentenced to two days in jail on each charge to run concurrently.

Munoz was charged on June 6 with domestic assault, third or subsequent offense in the 400 block of red Earth Drive on the Meskwkai Settlement by Tribal Police Officer Chris Knouse.

Gregory Newsome, 18, Tama, no vehicle insurance, $403. Tama County Sheriff's Office

Jasmine Dreamer Davenport, 18, rural Montour, possession of alcohol under the legal age, $351. Tama Police

Stephanie Michelle Derby, 24, Elberon, dogs at large, $148. Restitution for dogs killing four chickens paid - $40. Tama County Sheriff's Office.

Before Magistrate Richard Vander Mey:

Dwayne Leon Hulme, 53, Traer, violation of a protective order, $148 and 30 days in jail suspended with credit for 19 hours served. Tama County Sheriff's Office

Before District Court Judge Faye Hoover-Grinde:

James Michael Whitman, 18, Dysart, possession of drug paraphernalia, $65. Dysart Police
