Doug and Andrea Dvorak of Clutier are pleased to announce the birth of their fourth child, a daughter, born Saturday, November 13, at Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo. She has been named Tessa Ann.

Laura Wilson, daughter of Bill and Janet Wilson of Clutier, has been notified that she has been selected for membership in the American Musical Ambassadors Band. They will tour several European countries for three weeks next summer.
