This is that time of year when seniors are busy preparing for graduation parties and open houses. There are many things to do. Some of the things seniors worry about are: who to invite, where to have their party, the food, what to wear, and what the weather is going to be like. There are so many things and so little time. So if you run into a stressed out senior, don't worry, it's normal.
Who do you invite? You invite every adult you can think of. Your parents' friends, family friends, teachers, and fellow classmates should all be invited. Seniors have to be creative in getting the word out. They can accomplish this through the mail, post them in popular classes, like gym, or make a Facebook event to invite all of your friends.
Where to have the graduation? Well, that depends on the weather. Inside, outside, or both are options. There are a variety of different places and settings that you can have your graduation party. Town parks, your house or a relative's house, a community building, or a place with a lot of space are some options, but there are a million more.
Graduation is more than just the ceremony. It's the end of one's high school career and their childhood. It's where the road splits and you have to decide which route you want to take. You can get a full time job or you can go to college and further your career. In order to get a decent job these days, one must further their education. With the economy down and there is no escaping the national tragedy of job shortages, people being laid off, and rising prices of everything from food to gas and much more.
